A good start in a new country...

A new job abroad can be very demanding for the transferred employee and his/her family. Apart from new job and organizational requirements expats may face a variety of everyday challenges and language barriers that can complicate life in a new country.

International studies have shown that the lack of success of professional assignments abroad often lays rooted in a poor integration of the partner and/or family in their new surroundings. An early termination of such an assignment not only is a disappointing experience for the employee and his/her family but also an expensive setback for their employer.

While human resource departments may help with questions regarding the new job and relocation agencies may handle the actual move, our experience shows that a critical issue remains often overlooked: Partners and families frequently feel left alone and overwhelmed during the early stages of adjusting to the new surroundings.

What can we do to help?

We offer individual assistance to facilitate integration, enhance language skills and overall orientation in the expat’s new host country.

We are convinced that our personalized individual coaching program will be key to a successful and rewarding expat experience.

Our goal is to guide the expats and their families to a point where they feel settled and are ready to handle everyday challenges on their own and to help create a social network. The overall goal: To make you feel at home.
